Matera is a ceramic collection shaped like a true craft piece, created from coloured refractory clays. Each tile is formed by hand‑placed wet clay and enriched with coloured paste that penetrates the material, giving it depth, strength, and natural impermeability.
Its palette echoes the landscapes of Matera itself—from volcanic black to plant greens, brick reds, and sandy stone tones. Each colour is offered in four distinct surfaces, created through different blends of coloured grits and glazes, highlighting the raw, ancestral character embedded in the material.
